Snowden river parkway location is pure perfection. They know you. They have an awesome system. I've spent many mornings this summer in and out and the online ordering is super convenient. Exactly what you need. They are rarely behind on orders unless they are short handed or very busy. It is obvious they know what they're doing. Even in the fly, if you forget to make an online order, this team is in sync. A well trusted location, and I've been to 5 out here. This one comes to mind 1st. Make your way over! The points seriously help too! Thank you for great service and a peace of mind weekly! 50 stars! Lol

This is my GO TO location! I love their customer service, friendly faces and swift service! They are always very patient and helpful. The ONLY con is that there isn't a drive thru option. But that is no fault of the owners and not a negative reflection of the business itself. Suggested Order: Strawberry Dragonfruit refresher WITH Lemonade!

This Dunkin' is always busy and always speedy. All of the employees have been working here for years. I was glad to see that most everyone that started there came back after the remodel. I consistently go here for breakfast and consistently get the correctly made order. Love the remodel!

I absolutely LOVE this location . The donuts are always so soft and fresh . They melt like butter on your palette just delicious . Also this is the only location that makes my caramel iced coffee right the first time around

Personally, I feel a more welcoming approach from the staff, such as a simple greeting, would enhance the overall customer experience. Despite residing just 5-8 minutes away, mobile pick-up orders consistently require additional waiting time beyond the allocated preparation period. However, it's worth noting that the upside lies in the consistent quality of hot and ready meals. In summary, while the location is not bad, a few adjustments in service could significantly enhance the overall quality of the experience.

Fast service and donuts that you probably know and love. I tried the avocado toast. It was pretty good, overall. The consistency was a tad too homogeneous, but the taste was good. I liked the everything bagel bread it was on. Coffee isn't my favorite, but it's always a decent brew.

Much better experience at this location after a nightmare at Shaker drive. It's crazy because this location is much smaller and had less associates. Workers were very friendly. Whoever runs Shaker's drive needs to go in there and teach the associates how to deliver great customer service. It's a shame that inflation is driving up prices on everything. As a customer, we choose to go to your establishment only to be treated poorly. There are too many other choices in Columbia.
